Too much trash and empty hulls are being left on the STAs by slobs...Hunting on the STAs is not like hunting on regular Public Land, it is a priviledge that can be revoked on a minutes notice. The trash is being noticed.

The SFWMD STA managers are out on the STAs every Monday....

I do not like getting angry phone calls or emails about the trash.

UW-F is asking the Gate Keepers and the LEOs to enforce the "no littering" rule. This can be done by asking every hunter to show their empty hulls when they check out. If they do not have them they can either be sent back to collect them or ticketed for littering. Officer Lee is very effective using this scheme.....

Meanwhile, when leaving the STAs please pick up after the slobs....these are great places to hunt, and we do not want to be banned.
